Auction Rules and Regulations

You must register on Qtego to bid on items!

All Items Are Sold As Is: St. John Catholic School (SJCS) assumes no responsibility for the authenticity or condition of any item offered. SJCS makes no warranty or guarantee except manufacturers’ warranty.

Values indicated for items are estimates by the donor and are not warranted by SJCS. All sales are final and all items are sold “As Is.” No exchanges or refunds will be accepted!!

By his/her purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against SJCS or its donors. SJCS is not responsible for any personal injuries or damages that may result from the use of property or services sold.

SJCS reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the actual sale. The auction officials will act as final authorities on any bidding dispute.

All certificates for items and services must be used BEFORE their expiration date!!! No exceptions!! Auction items must be picked up during the available pick up days and times unless other arrangements are made with the school office. SJCS cannot be held liable for items that are not taken during the appointed pick up days.

Payment and Merchandise Pick-Up: If you did not pay by credit card through the Qtego site, payment by the successful bidder must be made in full before receiving your item. Cash, Checks (made payable to St. John Catholic School) will be accepted.

Attendees of the in person event on Saturday, April 20, 2024 may pick up their items at the end of the evening.  Bidders who won items and did not attend the event, may pick up their items Monday - Friday at the SJCS school office between 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.

You must show/  bring your receipt generated by Qtego with you to pick up your items. (This receipt will be sent to you once your account has been closed and payment has been processed.)

NO ITEMS MAY BE PICKED UP WITHOUT A RECEIPT!
